Skills

- Familiarity with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) techniques and remote sensing data.
- Strong software engineering skills including production code delivery.
- Ability to manage multi-phase research and development projects.
Responsibilities
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Conduct R&D on object detection and multi-object tracking for remote sensing data including Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR).
- Develop scalable AI data engines integrating model inference, human labeling, and automated evaluation.
- Design and deliver maintainable production-grade code aligned with technical and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in national security and defense to ensure mission-aligned innovation.
Education
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
