- Experience with large-scale partner programs and multi-entity global Quote-to-Cash workflows.
- Proficient in change management and driving cross-functional organizational alignment.
- Strategic thinking paired with systems architecture and project management skills.
- Proficient in stakeholder communication and executive documentation, including Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end Revenue Cloud-based business processes across direct and indirect sales channels.
- Lead Quote-to-Cash lifecycle transformation initiatives to improve deal velocity, automation, and ensure SOX compliance.
- Develop and execute structured change management plans to facilitate adoption and alignment across multiple business units.
- Collaborate closely with Partner teams to support channel sales, onboarding, deal registration, and revenue attribution processes.
- Serve as Salesforce Revenue Cloud subject matter expert, advising on governance and scalable systems architecture.
- Partner with GTM, Sales Ops, Legal, IT, and FP&A to translate strategic business priorities into executable workflows and systems.
- Anticipate challenges of scaling to $5B ARR and design processes and architectures to support enterprise complexity and global expansion.
- Analyze performance data from SFDC, Celonis, and Tableau to identify friction points and lead continuous improvements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
