Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 mock technical interviews, co-present workshops, improve interview prep resources, and develop tailored content for students.
Skills: Strong software engineering experience, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in technical interview formats and languages, mentoring enthusiasm, and time management skills.
Qualifications: 4+ years in software engineering, experience with technical interviews, and familiarity with diverse coaching environments.

The Technical Interview Coach will play a critical role in advancing CodePath’s mission by helping students and alumni prepare for technical interviews, focusing on software engineering, through the Career Center. The Career Center offers accessible career support through 1:1 mock interviews, workshops, and skill-building sessions to help students develop the technical skills and confidence needed to land technical roles and navigate their career paths.
This PT role (up to 20 hrs/wk) requires strong software engineering and technical interviewing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting students—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—as they succeed in the technical hiring process.
