The Gillette WY location is seeking a General Manager to join our team.
The General Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities relating to conveyor belt service and conveyance materials.
Price and bid customer projects.
Schedule service work to meet customer expectations. Including employee time management
Comply with company policies and applicable state and governmental regulations.
Promote safe work practices.
Effectively manage employees.
Achieve revenue/financial objectives.
Consult with customers to ensure quality and satisfaction of work. Assist with Sales
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Ensure technicians are properly trained and equipped for the job.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma; College Degree (preferred)
5+ years of experience in the mining/conveyor belt service industry.
Knowledge of conveyor belt and components
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Basic computer knowledge Preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred.
