Skills
- 7+ years designing and building distributed back-end services with Kotlin or Java and front-ends using React/Next.js.
- Proficiency in producing robust, production-grade Python code with end-to-end ownership.
- Experience shipping LLM/GenAI features including prompt engineering, tuning, evaluation, and safety alignment.
- Deep knowledge of software delivery practices: TDD/BDD, CI/CD, blue-green deployments, observability, and rollback.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex trade-offs for diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional AI/ML teams with agile methodologies.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and AI/ML model deployment at scale.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data infrastructure tools like Kafka, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver full-stack GenAI-integrated systems using Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
- Operationalize LLMs and automate software delivery lifecycle stages including code generation, testing, deployment, and analytics.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns in backend and frontend workflows.
- Embed GenAI-driven workflows into developer tools such as TDD cycles, AI-assisted code reviews, and documentation retrieval.
- Extend CI/CD systems with LLM capabilities like dependency impact prediction and build telemetry analysis.
- Instrument systems with AI-native observability tools such as DataDog for anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to prioritize AI-native engineering initiatives.
- Scout and integrate cutting-edge GenAI frameworks to enhance coding, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional AI/ML teams driving scalable AI/ML solutions and data architecture.
- Drive adoption and integration of LLMs and GenAI to enhance product features and business growth.
- Establish AI/ML communities for knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the company.
- Define and report on KPIs related to AI/ML solution success to executive leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Advanced education or equivalent experience in AI/ML or data engineering is preferred.
