- Hands-on experience designing and building attended and unattended RPA workflows.

- Experience with Linux and Microsoft Server environments.

Responsibilities
- Implement custom deployments and data migration to Azure-based NICE Public Safety product suites.
- Design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation workflows for onboarding, deployment, and testing processes.
- Integrate NICE applications with on-prem and cloud-based third-party tools for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and validation.
- Collaborate closely with Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams.
- Track project efforts accurately and communicate scope or timeline variances promptly.
- Utilize best practice methods and quality standards throughout project phases.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for implementation or support.
Education
- College degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
