Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in-person and via telehealth to pediatric and adult patients within Cortica's clinical scope.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations including history, exams, clinical decisions, order entry, referrals, and documentation.
- Meet productivity standards relating to new and follow-up patient visits and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate care plans effectively with medical assistants and respond to patient care needs within appropriate timeframes.
- Participate in and contribute to multidisciplinary clinical meetings and educational presentations.
- Maintain a patient panel at capacity and meet standards for patient outcomes, experience, and teammate experience.
Education
- Completion of four years of medical school from an accredited university.
- Completion of three years of pediatrics residency training.
- Board certification in pediatrics.
