- Remain flexible and responsive to shifting priorities, adjusting timelines and workflows as needed.
- Drive internal process improvements and ensure high-quality execution of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Plan, schedule, and attend internal on-site and seasonal campaign photo shoots.
- Organize production materials including timelines, samples, call sheets, and shot lists.
- Source, hire, and manage external creative partners like models, makeup artists, and stylists.
