Responsibilities
- Co-lead client meetings, workshops, and strategic visioning sessions
- Plan and conduct human-centered research activities including interviews and co-creation workshops
- Perform and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research
- Develop personas, journey maps, and insight summaries
- Create strategic messaging and visual storytelling content
- Support wireframing, content mapping, and prototype development
- Collaborate with design teams on infographics, charts, and diagrams
- Translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories for various formats
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Sociology/Psychology, or related fields
