Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and visioning sessions focused on human-centered design (HCD)
- Design and facilitate HCD workshops and interactive research activities
- Conduct primary and secondary research with high journalistic standards
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to frame key problems
- Develop actionable insights and visual storytelling content
- Support and lead visual prototyping processes
- Create infographics, charts, diagrams, presentations for print and digital
- Capture client requirements, goals, missions, and KPIs/OKRs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Seek iterative feedback from teams and clients to improve solutions
- Manage project deadlines and workflows effectively
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
