Skills
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Proficiency in one or more Data Engineering languages such as Scala, Java, or Rust
- Strong knowledge of data infrastructure and architecture design
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
- Ability to prioritize and maintain focus with a bias for action
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable, reliable data pipelines ingesting product and event data
- Develop and maintain canonical datasets tracking key product and business metrics
- Architect robust systems for large volume batch data processing
- Drive decisions on data architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices
- Enhance observability and monitoring of workflows and processes
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM teams to meet data needs
- Provide product feedback by using new data infrastructure and AI technology
