Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of project scope and quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with contract and owner quality expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of project-specific QA/QC plans
- Manage review and approval of material submittals and ensure compliance with specifications
- Supervise management of QA documentation, including submittals, RFI logs, and maintenance records
- Lead resolution of QA punch lists with contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct internal quality audits and inspections across all disciplines
- Drive continuous improvement and promote quality excellence in Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards
- Review and distribute QA/QC procedures for various trades
- Verify QA training provided by contractors
- Oversee investigations of non-conformance and implement corrective actions
- Communicate quality expectations to all project personnel
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier QA systems
- Manage calibration programs for inspection and testing equipment
- Review subcontractor and supplier qualifications for quality standards
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams on quality issues
- Prepare and present QA reports and presentations to senior management
- Assess project plans and specifications for quality risks and compliance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
