Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct qualitative B2B research including interviews, note-taking, and data synthesis
- Analyze and affinity map qualitative data to identify patterns and themes
- Create polished visual artifacts such as journey maps, stakeholder heat maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem models
- Lead strategic workshops and working sessions for opportunity identification
- Deliver tailored insights aligned with marketing, brand, and cross-functional stakeholder needs
Education
- Degree in Service Design, HCI, Design Strategy, Behavioral Science, or related field
