- Lead design for Trade & Finance platform focused on institutional digital asset workflows
- Own Growth & Enablement experience track including mentoring and collaborating cross-functionally
- Partner with Head of Design on vision, process, and scaling Growth design teams
- Integrate AI features to improve clarity, speed, and trust in product interfaces
- Contribute to design systems, interaction models, and internal design documentation
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in design or related field (implied)
