Senior Tax Analyst - Income Tax

Domino’s values emphasize - “Put People First”. We are looking for a motivated tax professional to lead our federal tax compliance and provision. This individual will be responsible for delivering tax compliance, tax provision and planning supporting the Sr. Tax Manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a trusted team player and be comfortable working with various business teams. As required, this individual will also help cross functionally with state compliance, transfer pricing and international filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of federal income tax returns including preparation of tax adjustments and tax forms.
• Prepare the book consolidation, tax consolidation and e-file of federal return in OneSource.
• Ensure income tax compliance workpapers are audit-ready with sufficient documentation of tax laws & positions. 
• Analyze and prepare fixed asset analysis for tax depreciation and gain/loss and update roll forwards.
• Facilitate research credit project with outside consultants and other credits as needed.
• Preparation of federal quarterly estimated payments and extensions.
• Prepare income tax provisions (year-end, quarterly and long-term forecasts) and 10Q & 10K schedules.  
• Preparation of income tax account reconciliations, deferred validation and return to provision analysis.
• Research and update technical tax memo’s on the tax impact of business transactions.
• Adherence to the internal and external income tax compliance and federal calendar deadlines.
• Supporting in other tax functions such as Audits, Transfer pricing, State & International tax filings as required.
• Preparation of non-income tax filings such as 1042, FBAR, Federal fuel tax return and all other filings as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, or equivalent experience in corporate tax or law
• CPA preferred
• Experience with using OneSource Tax Return and Provision or other software is a must.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with on-line tax research tools
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Hyperion helpful
