About the Role:

Door Serv Pro is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Personal & Professional Assistant (EPPA) to support our executive leadership team. This unique hybrid role blends personal support, professional coordination, and operational management to protect executive time, reduce decision fatigue, and ensure seamless daily execution.

You’ll handle everything from calendar protection and errands to project tracking, meal prep, and communication management. The right candidate will anticipate needs, work autonomously, and execute both personal and business tasks with discretion and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and excels at creating order behind the scenes.

  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar & Schedule Protection

  • Manage and protect the executive calendar with strict time-blocking
  • Sync commitments weekly and prevent conflicts proactively

2. Communication Filtering

  • Triage and summarize emails, calls, and texts (as permitted)
  • Maintain a “Hold” list for batch decisions and executive review

3. Personal Life Management

  • Schedule personal appointments (e.g., medical, dental, grooming)
  • Grocery shop, restock household supplies, and handle errands
  • Cook and meal prep according to dietary preferences
  • Coordinate routine house cleaning and household maintenance
  • Manage vehicle care, warranties, and DMV-related tasks

4. Gatekeeping & Protection

  • Act as a buffer against distractions and unnecessary requests
  • Enforce a “Does Not Do” list and manage inbound tasks or vendors

5. Strategic Support & Ownership

  • Mirror executive preferences and decision logic
  • Track projects and deliver timely daily and weekly summaries

6. Administrative Support

  • Organize SOPs, track project timelines, and assist with team coordination
  • Provide clear, proactive updates and support rollouts

7. Financial Coordination Support

  • Track receipts and financial documentation
  • Follow up on invoices and maintain organized shared folders

8. Project & Errand Execution

  • Execute personal and business tasks, vendor coordination, and event support

   

Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • 3+ proven years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles
  • Proven organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • High discretion and confidentiality are a must
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Experience with Ninety.io and ServiceTitan is highly desired
  • Proactive, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented


Ideal Candidate:

  • Reliable, adaptable, and excellent at managing priorities
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Preferred behavioral fit: DISC S/C or S/I; Enneagram 2, 3, or 6
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with occasional in-person errands in the WV area


Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, salaried position with flexible hours; availability during core business hours is required
  • Hybrid remote/in-person role
  • Salary range:  $50,000 to $62,400 DOE
  • All tools and training provided

Final candidates will be subject to a background check, drug screening, and reference verification as part of the pre-employment process. All screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and West Virginia state laws. References will be thoroughly vetted to ensure alignment with the expectations of the role.
