- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic architectural decisions for workforce transformation initiatives.
- Design end-to-end solutions addressing labor demand forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, and absence management.
- Align architecture with enterprise strategy and secure executive and stakeholder buy-in.
- Solve workforce challenges through existing tool optimization and process improvements.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and security.
- Lead global tool selection, implementation, and ongoing support for workforce management applications.
- Provide subject matter expertise on workforce management tools and reporting capabilities.
- Support system troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Identify risks, trade-offs, and optimization opportunities during vendor evaluation and implementation.
Education
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields or equivalent work experience.
