- Deep experience with finance systems and integrations including Coupa, BREX, Zip, High Radius, IBM TM1.
- Experience supporting procurement, AP, AR, inventory management, fixed assets, and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of ERP finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, costing, and budgets.
- Hands-on coding ability alongside executive communication skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and working in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of finance business systems analysts to build and maintain finance systems and automations.
- Partner with Finance leadership to build shared technology roadmaps and system architectures.
- Ensure sustainability, scalability, and quality of engineering efforts for finance systems.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to streamline finance processes and improve data accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders and proactively deliver solutions.
- Establish measurable expectations and provide resources for team success.
- Leverage automation and process optimization for scalable finance technology engineering.
- Commit to inclusion and lead by example to ensure diverse team collaboration.
- Utilize Agile principles to manage and execute cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, AP, Procurement for quarterly SOX audits.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
