Customer Engineer

About the role

As a customer engineer, you’ll be helping our customers effectively integrate E2B into their products.

What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a technical background

  • Excellent communication skills and being highly detail-oriented

  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, LLMs, AI tools (AI SDK, LangChain, crewAI, and popular web frameworks (e.g. Next.js)

  • Experience with support ticketing systems

  • Updating technical documentation to help future customers

  • Relaying customer feedback to the rest of the team

We’re a fast-growing startup with in-person (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH) offices in San Francisco and Prague, Czech Republic. We have 7-figure revenue and work directly with customers from the top-tier AI companies such as Perplexity, Hugging Face, and more exciting names.

Hiring process

We aim to have the whole process done in 7-10 days. We understand that it’s important to move fast and try to follow up within 24 hours after each stage.

  1. 30-minute screening call. We’ll learn about you, your work experience, and what you’re looking for to make sure this would be a good fit for both of us.

  2. 30-minute call with Vasek (CEO).

  3. Assignment. The (paid) assignment should take up to 3 business days and it will test your technical and communication skills.

  4. Decision and potential offer.
