Responsibilities
- Analyze affiliate financial trends and budget health nationwide
- Recommend best practices in affiliate financial operations including internal controls and risk management
- Evaluate national grant impacts on affiliate budgets
- Provide technical assistance and support affiliate finance teams
- Co-lead learning communities for finance staff and board members
- Maintain training resources and onboard new affiliate financial staff
- Advise on financial metrics and build reports and dashboards
- Serve as liaison between affiliates and National departments for policy and system alignment
- Communicate emerging financial trends and risk areas within the network
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business/Public Administration preferred
