Skills
- Expertise with business intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.

- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis synthesizing data from multiple sources into meaningful business insights aligned with organizational strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with ETL developers to maintain and expand the business intelligence ecosystem, providing updated code, logic, and data sources.
- Develop and distribute enterprise performance measurement frameworks across the organization.
- Work with key process owners to define and evaluate in-process measurements and benchmarks.
- Ensure data governance and support data warehouse tool construction and functionality translation into enterprise measurement solutions.
- Document processes and maintain knowledge repository for Business Intelligence team operations.
- Use business analysis techniques to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Build complex SQL queries to integrate and analyze data from diverse sources.
- Participate in an agile environment, employing agile methodology and project management principles.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
