- Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, NHTSA, OSHA, MSHA, NFPA, and EPA safety regulations.
- Fleet safety management and construction safety expertise.
- Ability to analyze safety data and claims for risk management insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to deliver training presentations.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety surveys ensuring client compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, and EPA regulations.
- Provide safety consulting services to construction and infrastructure clients.
- Analyze claims and incident data to identify trends and recommend risk control programs.
- Develop and implement service strategies for risk control.
- Monitor safety service delivery for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with governmental safety inspections, accident investigations, and recordkeeping.
- Train client management and employees on safety and compliance practices.
- Develop effective safety programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate client activities with internal EPIC departments to meet overall risk and insurance needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications are preferred (CSP, CIH, ARM, CDS, CECM, CIHM).
