Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will elevate ECI’s digital presence, create content that supports sales initiatives, generates demand and raises awareness of the value ECI brings to customers. This individual will implement SEO best practices to optimize traditional and generative search, manage daily and long-term digital marketing responsibilities, and utilize analytics and metrics to evaluate effectiveness.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage website including web page and form development, content creation, event registrations and analytics
  • Implement SEO best practices and tools for keyword research and analysis, and optimize content to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience
  • Manage social media presence including content planning and creation, and monitoring
  • Create content that supports sales targets and key initiatives – targeting applicable industries and buy cycle stages to build awareness and generate leads
  • Integrate marketing initiatives into CRM
  • Develop customer presentations and other sales resources as an extension of website content
  • Develop metrics and utilize analytics to track performance, engagement and ROI
  • Build eStore content as needed
  • Communicate with sales teams to ensure content and marketing resources are understood and utilized

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, public relations or communications
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, SEO, content creation and social media marketing
  • Has experience with Kentico or a similar content management system, and GA4
  • Is experienced in creating content for industrial/engineering environments or technical buyers
  • Can work collaboratively with sales teams and subject matter experts from across the organization to identify messaging strategy and content needs
  • Possesses strong interviewing and writing skills for content creation with subject matter experts
  • Has experience working with a CRM to track leads from marketing initiatives
  • Has strong communications skills and attention to detail
