About the Role:
Erie Home is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Recruiter to join our in-person, high-volume recruiting team at our Toledo, OH headquarters. As we continue to grow nationwide, the demand to expand our canvassing and installation teams remains high—requiring recruiters who are energized by fast-paced work, high call volume, and structured daily goals.
This role is well-suited for individuals with backgrounds in call centers, customer service, sales, or fast-paced recruiting environments. If you're confident making outbound calls and keeping candidates engaged, you'll be a strong fit.
What to Expect:
This position focuses on the first half of the recruiting cycle. You'll receive lead sources through our internal systems and job platforms, conduct brief screening calls, and coordinate interviews with field leadership. Our onboarding team will manage the post-offer steps, allowing you to focus on identifying and connecting with top talent.
