Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished direct response videos with engaging cuts, transitions, graphics, captions, and sound design
- Collaborate to brainstorm and pitch short-form video content ideas using UGC, influencer, and stock assets optimized for conversion channels
- Adapt and optimize video edits for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts with correct formatting and styling
- Make quick edits to existing TV content and leverage internal library content for YouTube video concepts
- Stay current on video trends, editing styles, and content formats to generate fresh creative ideas
- Work cross-functionally with paid social strategists, influencer managers, and other teammates to align on messaging and creative direction
- Elevate influencer allowlisting and UGC videos to meet return on ad spend goals
- Design and storyboard high volumes of video edits directly from briefs or concepts
- Pitch ideas that create business or user value, showing interest in art direction and storytelling
