Process Analytical Support - Bioassay

• Perform in-process analytical bioassay sample testing to support both early and late-stage protein, cell and gene therapy programs.
• Support method qualifications, validations and critical reagent qualifications.
• Be familiar with basic laboratory techniques, including but not limited to aseptic expansion of mammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs, PCR, cell-based assays and flow cytometry.
• Document analytical testing procedures and results in the electronic laboratory notebook.
• Be responsible for data integrity and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Engineering or other related field with 3 years industry experience, OR Relevant Master’s degree OR PhD with 1 year industry experience
• Pipetting (single and multi-channel pipettes)
• Flow Cytometry
• Aseptic Technique
• Cell Culture
• qPCR
• ELISA/Immunoassays
• Experience working in BSL-2 labs
• Experience with GMP procedures
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House (10% of your time)

This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encourage to apply. Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House (10% of your time) may be required.
