We are seeking experts in drug discovery to contribute to the development of intelligent systems capable of navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical R&D. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in medicinal chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or computational modeling to shape how AI supports scientific innovation in healthcare. You will work closely with AI teams to train models on drug development workflows, covering stages from target validation and compound screening to lead optimization, ADME/Tox prediction, and regulatory insight.
Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, biotechnology, or academic drug discovery.
- Hold a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
- Possess strong working knowledge of tools and methodologies such as QSAR Analysis, Molecular Docking, Hit Identification, SBDD, LBDD, etc.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
