Job Description
- Role: Performs daily FTZ operations, focusing on documentation and compliance
- Key Responsibilities:
- Processing daily transactions, including admissions, withdrawals, and inventory adjustments
- Preparing in-bond documents (7512 or PTT’s) for movement into and out of the zone
- Preparing and submitting required documentation and forms to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping and ensuring compliance with FTZ regulations
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
- Assisting in resolving discrepancies and performing inventory reconciliation processes.
- Supporting the FTZ Administrator or Manager in various tasks
Qualifications
- Certifications: Customs Brokers License is required
- Minimum 2 years experience in FTZ operations, In-bonds (7512 or PTT’s)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

The position pays $20.00-$28.00 per hour based upon education and experience.
