Senior Security Engineer
Skills
- Strong knowledge of security standards, encryption, and network architecture.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR security platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container security.
- Proficiency in cloud security within AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Understanding of Linux environment management and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and consultative skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of security measures protecting network and information systems.
- Track and improve performance of security controls and infrastructure.
- Design comprehensive cybersecurity architecture and strategies.
- Identify, document system security requirements and recommend management solutions.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain SIEM, NDR, and EDR platforms.
- Monitor systems for breaches and anomalous behavior to implement preventive measures.
- Plan, develop, and update the company’s information security strategy.
- Educate and train staff on information security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, and product departments.
- Support Kubernetes environments and container security.
- Participate in occasional on-call duties and US travel up to 10%.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
