- Experience with M&A due diligence and purchase accounting.
- Multi-national and multi-currency accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) and analytics tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical accounting guidance ensuring proper treatment for company activities.
- Lead and develop accounting teams and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex accounting issues.
- Manage internal and external financial reporting processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Lead accounting policy initiatives and maintain updated internal accounting policies.
- Support strategic initiatives including product launches, revenue models, and restructurings with accounting insights.
- Oversee internal controls over financial reporting and propose enhancements for control gaps.
- Participate in audit committee meetings presenting required communications.
- Manage external auditor relationships and act as main liaison.
- Support M&A due diligence, purchase price accounting, and integration activities.
- Implement financial reporting tools such as Workiva.
- Represent the finance reporting function in special projects like transformation and automation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification or equivalent required.
