Responsibilities
- Assist Compliance Officer in maintaining and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Review new regulatory requirements in Malta and EU, identify gaps and develop remediation plans
- Provide regulatory advice to internal stakeholders
- Update compliance risk assessments and deliver training on compliance, governance, and GDPR
- Support implementation of new policies, systems, and compliance projects
- Conduct risk-based compliance testing and report results to management
- Collaborate with various internal teams to support compliance initiatives
- Help prepare reports for Board and regulators and assist during regulatory reviews
- Drive process improvements and technological enhancements for productivity
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, or related field
