- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for recurring and specialized positions.
- Build and maintain talent networks in fintech, financial services, technology, and operations.
- Ensure positive candidate experience from outreach through offer negotiation.
- Contribute to scalable recruitment processes and diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
- Provide market insights on compensation and talent availability.
- Collaborate on employer branding strategies to attract diverse talent.
Education
- No specific degree required but relevant education in Human Resources or related fields preferred.
