Bilingual Customer Service Representative

FiberFirst, a rapidly growing fiber internet service provider, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional technical and customer support in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer satisfaction by managing pre-sale and post-sale activities and collaborating across departments.

Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical VOIP-related issues.
  • Reliable transportation for commute to the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and customer service for VOIP phone service clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VOIP technology.
  • Manage inbound and outbound call center support via telephone and chat.
  • Serve as first point of escalation for customer calls and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve service, billing, and technical issues.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for customer sign-ups and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer account and interaction records.
  • Aggressively provide the highest level of customer support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as requested.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of two years of telecommunications experience.
