Responsibilities
- Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of forward flow, warehouse, and securitization agreements for HELOCs and mortgages
- Collaborate with Finance and Capital Markets teams to execute financing structures including blockchain-based securitizations
- Manage relationships and negotiations with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and capital markets participants
- Provide legal guidance on compliance and regulatory matters related to asset-backed securitizations
- Support strategic initiatives leveraging blockchain technology to enhance capital markets efficiency
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
