Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in legal affairs related to markets and products including securities, banking, and insurance laws.
- Offer day-to-day legal and strategic advice to internal teams developing digital asset financial products.
- Guide the entire product lifecycle from conception through to launch, operation, and discontinuation.
- Stay current on digital assets, blockchain, securities, and technology laws to ensure compliance.
- Analyze legislative and policy developments impacting the crypto marketplace.
- Advise marketing and design teams on legal aspects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and ecosystem partners.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Membership in at least one state bar.
