As a Telechat/Phone Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our customers through phone and chat platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that their queries are promptly and accurately addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone and chat inquiries from clients regarding our market research products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or concerns effectively and in a timely manner
- Generating sales leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market updates
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring customer confidentiality is maintained at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
