The Team
As a Director within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on supporting and building relationships across teams and stakeholders in support internal analytic initiatives & projects. You will partner to sustain deep relationships with these stakeholders, supporting high priority asks and working to source solutions with data to foster a data narrative. You are the Data Storyteller providing data-driven, contextualized insights to effectively communicate narratives and visualizations. The insights you provide will support the creation, management, and achievement of business objectives along with new focus areas and success measures. In providing useful insights you will help articulate future vision and influence roadmaps. Your direct interaction with the business will craft a discourse to answer strategic questions.

Experience in interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization and craft executive level presentations to tell the data story
Proficiency in verbal / written communication and comfort with presentation tools, including the Microsoft Office suite and ThinkCell, Tableau or PowerBI
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Prior experience working in a role requiring working across functions and business units (desired)
Expert at synthesizing data / trends in order to develop key insights / storylines that help to effectively connect with leaders with working experience in SQL
Working experience in Digital Marketing Analytics and Adobe Analytics or equivalent platform like Google Analytics
Understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media tactics, and omni-channel experiences, a plus
Should be highly organized, curious, self-motivated with strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Agility in adapting to new and changing business areas and taking initiative to drive projects forward in a sophisticated, cross-functional working environment
