Executive Creative Director

Godfrey Dadich Partners (GDP) is a multidisciplinary creative studio blending strategy, design, journalism, and marketing to build story-driven brands. They seek an Executive Creative Director to lead the studio through a transformative era by driving innovative creative vision, integrating AI tools, and building high-performing teams that deliver compelling brand experiences.

Skills

  • Proven creative leadership with experience in design, editorial or advertising environments.
  • Ability to establish, market, and evolve brand identities for diverse clients including startups and global organizations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
  • Expertise in design principles and best practices including typography, grids, and digital design.
  • Experience with digital design, accessibility, motion design, and prototyping.
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Keynote, and G Suite products.
  • Knowledge of animation, film production, or development processes is a plus.
  • Executive presence with strong client relationship and consultative skills.
  • Track record integrating AI tools ethically in creative workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative vision ensuring cohesive, compelling brand experiences across all projects.
  • Drive strategic brand development from concept to execution across multiple media including digital, editorial, and motion.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to integrate creative thinking into business and strategic planning.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level clients acting as a long-term creative partner.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary creative team fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Shape creative operations, workflows, and systems to enhance scalability, quality, and agility.
  • Lead integration of AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation and storytelling while maintaining craft integrity.
  • Provide high-level creative feedback and ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
  • Connect brand storytelling with measurable business performance in partnership with strategy and editorial teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
