Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition (Remote, Southeast)

Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse serving over 20 million users globally with its visualization and observability tools. The company is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage and close new business across the Southeast US, ideally someone with a technical sales background who can consultatively engage customers and drive sales processes.

Skills

  • 3+ years experience in infrastructure technology sales
  • Proven track record of consistent top 10% goal achievement
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Excellent communication skills across channels
  • Knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Outbound prospecting for new customers
  • Manage sales process including meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations
  • Cultivate sales from outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise products
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and daily customer requests
