Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical research topics, design and execute primary research, and generate insights that inform product strategies and user experiences.
Skills: Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in UX or related fields, or equivalent qualifications such as a Master's or PhD with relevant experience; mentoring experience is a plus.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a UX researcher to join our UX and Marketing Research team. This role will focus on driving research within Grammarly’s Coda team, delivering insights that shape the future of collaborative productivity experiences. Coda combines documents, spreadsheets, and applications into one flexible surface—and this role will help steer the evolution of that surface to better meet the needs of individuals, teams, and organizations.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing—to identify critical business questions, apply rigorous methodological approaches, and synthesize insights that inform strategic decisions. Using various techniques, you’ll uncover actionable insights about current and potential Grammarly users. You will also foster a culture of human-centered, data-driven decision-making, helping to guide our evolution as a leader in AI-assisted communication.
