Responsibilities
- Advise on employment issues across multiple jurisdictions, including HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and employee data privacy
- Draft, review, and update employment and contractor agreements for cross-border relationships
- Provide counsel on compensation matters, wage laws, and job architecture
- Support global workforce planning and assess legal risks for business agility
- Monitor labor law changes and communicate updates to leadership and HR
- Manage resolution of employment disputes through mediation and negotiation
- Develop and deliver internal training on employment law compliance and global HR policies
- Manage outside counsel on various employment law matters
- Advise on employment law aspects related to AI technology use in recruiting and compliance
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
- Admission to the bar and in good standing or authorization to practice law
