- Threat Intelligence analysis experience
- Knowledge of DFIR processes and threat hunting
- Familiarity with malware analysis, network traffic and host forensics
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, BASH, and Go
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, G Suite, Office 365, and Azure
- Ability to present technical information to varied audiences
- Understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Use of cyber threat analytic tools like VirusTotal, Passive Total, Threat Miner, and Maltego
Responsibilities
- Operate as a technical resource within the GRIT Practice and participate in DFIR investigations to provide actionable intelligence
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with clients and peers while managing time efficiently
- Author comprehensive deliverables tailored to technical and managerial audiences detailing findings and remediation strategies
- Support client relationships with guidance and information
- Utilize automation, orchestration, and scripting to optimize processes
- Contribute to integration of open-source and commercial tools for improving threat intelligence procedures
- Continuously enhance skills and adapt to evolving cybersecurity landscapes
Education
- Minimum two (2+) years in Threat Intelligence analysis
- Five (5+) combined years of IT and information security experience
