Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies and procedures through testing and documentation of controls.
- Support the implementation of ComplianceAlpha GRC and marketing review tools.
- Maintain documentation for internal controls and compliance obligations; identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Participate in compliance risk assessments and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Support compliance program development, marketing regulation reviews, and U.S. regulatory filings.
- Manage compliance records and monitor financial crime risks including AML and sanctions.
- Collaborate on compliance dashboards, reports, and department initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
