Hazel Health is seeking a passionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist for a remote, full-time position dedicated to providing virtual mental health care to K-12 students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based virtual counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students, participate in clinical assessments, and collaborate with care management to support student transitions into services.
Skills: Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations, knowledge of mental health diagnostic practices, and telehealth experience preferred.
Qualifications: Must be a licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in NV, with additional licenses preferred; a minimum of one year experience in a school-based setting is required, along with strong technological and communication skills.
Location: Remote, available in multiple U.S. states including NV, CA, TX, and more.
Compensation: $76500 - $85500 / Annually

Schedule: This is a full-time W2 position with summers off. The work week is Monday through Friday,

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $76,500 - $85,500, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
