Location: This position is fully remote, available in multiple states throughout the USA including CA, TX, and others listed in the job description.
Compensation: $150000 - $180000 / Annually

The Role:
The Senior Manager of Health Plan Partnerships (HPP) will operationalize Hazel’s strategy for health plan contracts to drive sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Health Plan Partnerships, this role is responsible for supporting a national payer contracting approach and ensuring Hazel builds the strongest possible network presence across 20+ states. This leader must balance strategic business development with operational excellence—securing expansive, financially sustainable contracts while building the dynamic team and infrastructure for execution at scale. The Senior Manager will bring a deep understanding of the payer landscape, a proven track record in supporting network development and network strategy, negotiating contracts, and expertise in value-based care (VBC), positioning Hazel as the leader in school-centered healthcare and charting the future of innovative payer partnerships.
