Responsibilities: Provide virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with care management teams.
Skills: Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC, with strong communication and organizational skills; experience with children and telehealth preferred; technical proficiency required.
Qualifications: Minimum one year in a school-based setting; willingness to obtain additional state licensure; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Location: Remote from various states including California, with potential travel to fulfill licensure requirements.
Compensation: $70850 - $79150 / Annually

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $70,850 - $79,150, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
