In this temporary role, you'll directly impact our ability to innovate by identifying and hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, and analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including product managers, analysts, and engineers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Actively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use data and reporting to drive improvements in recruiting processes and outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with company values and diversity hiring goals.
- Manage multiple searches across different departments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- 5+ years of experience recruiting in the tech space, ideally at midsize organizations.
- Proven success hiring for roles across engineering, product, and data/analytics.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring teams and influence decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Curious, collaborative, and proactive in approach.
The base salary for this role is between $65-70/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
