Lead Product Designer
Skills
- 6+ years UX or Product Design experience with 1-2 years in lead/principal roles.
- Strong portfolio of end-to-end product design across web and mobile.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, maintaining high standards for craft and user-centricity.
- Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, and cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct and oversee user research for deep insights to inform elegant product solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and information architecture for consistency and scalability.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, cultivating a strong design culture.
- Advocate user needs and accessibility throughout product development lifecycle.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously iterate and improve product experience.
