Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot payroll integration issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve root causes
- Review operational processes to identify automation opportunities and reduce friction in 401(k) money movement
- Proactively monitor issues using dashboards and queries to prevent customer-impacting problems
- Represent the voice of the customer to surface key insights across cross-functional stakeholders
- Create and update support documentation to expedite issue resolution
- Drive product initiatives by conceiving and implementing projects aligned with core team goals
