Skills
- Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong CloudFlare, Jira, and Okta experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and networking.
- Solid knowledge of security operations, data protection, IAM, Privileged Access Management.
- Ability to lead and contribute in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and improve CloudFlare capabilities via Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Develop security solutions in GCP using Terraform, Python, and JavaScript.
- Integrate with Okta and support troubleshooting and triage.
- Build integrations with Google SecOPs SIEM and ConductorOne IGA solutions.
- Enhance security posture in GCP and AWS through scripting and APIs.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies and manage ticketing using Jira.
- Improve change management processes to ensure security tool efficiency and compliance.
- Measure and report on security tool operations metrics.
- Optimize security controls for usability by operators and end users.
- Tackle complex problems with innovative and executable solutions.
- Maintain vital cross-team and cross-functional relationships.
- Define and enforce team and organizational security standards and best practices.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred.
